ISO 45001 (DIS2) - OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

The OH&S standard is currently at Draft International Standard (DIS2) stage.  It is anticipated that the Final Draft (FDIS) will be published in November 2017.  We are developing a range of training courses to meet the demands of industry commencing with the Preparing for the ISO 45001 Migration workshop

LEAN SIX SIGMA YELLOW BELT 

The course aims to provide participants with an understanding of the fundamentals of SIX Sigma so that they can contribute to Green Belt projects and know how to apply basic tools within a Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve Control (DMAIC) or Problem Solving process on a routine basis  

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (IMS) INTERNAL AUDITOR - ISO 9001/14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 

This integrated management systems internal auditor programme combines the disciplines of quality, environmental and health & safety management auditing based on the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.

The three day interactive training programme is designed for those who need to be able to understand and apply recognised principles and techniques of effective management system auditing to quality, environmental and health & safety management systems. 

PREVENTIVE CONTROLS for HUMAN FOOD

We have added to our training portfolio the only Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved training course to meet the Food Safety Modernisation Act (FSMA) requirements for food processors.  This course, was developed by the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) under a grant from the FDA and satisfies the requirement for exporters of food or food ingredients to the US.   

ISO/TS 16949 WHAT'S CHANGING AND WHEN? 

October 2016 - Publication of the new international standard IATF 16949:2016.  

November 2016 - Release of Rules.   

January 2017 - Date from which the new standard will be in effect. 

September 2018 - Date by which all organisations must transition to the new standard or risk losing their certification.  No audits (initial, surveillance, re-certification or transfer) shall be conducted to ISO/TS 16949:2009 after 1st October 2017.
