Course Objectives
The course has been structured to give managers a strategic understanding of the overall requirements of APQP principles required within ISO/TS 16949:2009. It will enable delegates to understand how the customer’s requirement for “Zero defect” within all aspects of design, manufacture and delivery can be achieved
