Prior Knowledge
Delegates should have read and reviewed a copy of the new BRC Global Standard Issue 8 before attending the course.  Available free of charge from the BRC Bookshop from August 2018.

This course will provide auditors of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 7 with details of the changes to the Standard for Issue 8, as well as a review of audit and protocol expectations to ensure the effectiveness and consistency of audits against the Standard.
